Washing machine, dryer and iron available on request (€5 for three hours), ideal for longer stays.
Weekly cleaning

Weekly cleaning includes changing the bed linen and cleaning the bathroom with towel changes twice a week.
Pet-friendly facility

Pets are welcome, with a supplement for thorough cleaning at the end of the stay.
Self Check-In H24 7/7

Access to the residence and the apartment with a personal PIN code, at any time, from 3:00 PM.
Luggage storage

Available for guests arriving before check-in (3:00 PM) or needing to leave luggage after check-out, with access using the same personal PIN code for the building and the apartment.
Always fresh water, right at hand

The Residence has a certified natural water dispenser, available free of charge to guests: simply fill the carafe in the apartment or your own bottle, whenever you like.
